چکیده

Background: Neuroblastoma is a rare pediatric cancer that affects thousands of children worldwide. Information stored in electronic health records can be useful source data forin silicoscientific studies about this disease, carried out both by humans and computational machines. Several open datasets derived from anonymized patients diagnosed with neuroblastoma are available the internet, but they were released on different websites or as supplementary information peer-reviewed scientific publications, making them difficult to find. Methods: To solve problem, we present here survey five public neuroblastoma, all collected single website called Electronic Health Records Open Data Repository. Results: The presented used researchers worldwide who want carry including machine learning statistics analyses. Conclusions: We believe our resource have strong impact oncology research, allowing new discoveries improve understanding therefore conditions patients. release reviewed publicly freely Repository under CC BY 4.0 license at: https://davidechicco.github.io/neuroblastoma_EHRs_data at href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6915403" target="_blank">https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6915403
